Be careful with energy drink in the summer, do you know its disadvantages?

By taking a lot of energy drinks at low intervals, blood pressure may increase and heart rhythm may be interrupted. This has been revealed in research. Generally, teenagers and young people take excessive drinks. Time demands that they should be made aware of the impact of energy drink on their body.

Padma Shri, Dr. K.K., President, Heart Care Foundation of India (HCFI). Agarwal says that taking more than two energy drinks can harm the heart and it can cause conditions such as erythema or abnormal heart rhythm. In this situation, the rate of heartbeat becomes either too fast or too slow.

He said that energy drink can interfere with an adequate supply of blood to various vital organs of the body. Erythema is usually in a sick heart and can often remain hidden. It is better to know this situation later, it is better to take a checkup on time, otherwise, it can be fatal for life.

Dr. Agrawal further said, "To maintain a healthy heart, there is a need to adopt a healthy lifestyle. As a doctor, we have the responsibility to motivate patients to live a healthy lifestyle, so that they are burdened by diseases in old age. I teach 80's formula for my patients to live till the age of 80. "

The formula for 80 is as follows


-Look blood pressure, low-density lipoprotein (LDL), bad cholesterol, fast sugar, heart rate and lower abdomen below 80.

- Keep the work of kidney and lungs above 80 percent.

Engage in physical activity (a minimum of 80 minutes per week of intense exercise). Walk 80 minutes per day, walk 80 minutes per week at least 80 steps per minute.

Eat less and take 80 grams or ml of calories each meal.

Take 80 mg of atorvastatin for prevention when define, keep the noise level below 80 dB.

-Particulate mater PM 2.5 and PM10 level below 80 mcg per cubic meter.

-Keep goal heart rate of 80 percent while exercising in winter conditioning.
