Can't sleep again after breaking? Do this work

According to a sleep expert, people who have trouble sleeping again after sleeplessness should not do two things. First, they should not get up from the bed and second they should not open their eyes. Washroom should also not go if not very important.

It is very bad if you have to go somewhere early in the morning and suddenly sleep breaks in the night. Once sleep is open, many times you have to spend the night lying in bed.

According to Dr Michael Bruce, your heart rate increases when you get up. While you are sleeping, your heart rate goes on smoothly. If your heartbeat increases, then you have difficulty falling asleep twice.
