1. Focus on food:


Food is not eaten just to fill the stomach, but to strengthen your body and give energy . Therefore, as much as possible, include such things in your food in which protein is present in plenty. Such as spinach, carrots, poultry, fish etc. Many eye problems disappear with the consumption of these things.

2. Give Technology a break:


Watching more computer, mobile phone or TV causes muscle in eyes . It also brings dryness to the eyes. Therefore, to keep eyes healthy, use as little technology as possible.

3. Exercise the eyes:


To avoid eye light and other problems, it is important that you do regular eye exercises. Exercising for at least 25-30 minutes a week can prevent many eye problems.

4. Blink the eyelids:


While using a computer, mobile or TV, do blink the eyelids in between. Doing this does not cause swelling in the eyes as well as it does not cause much strain on the eyes.

5. Do not work in low light:


Reading in low light or watching TV has a very bad effect on the eyes. Due to excessive strain on the eyes, the eyes quickly start feeling tired. This also affects the light of the eyes. So avoid working in low light as much as possible.
