Eating fruits and green vegetables does not stop the risk of this big disease!

A new study has revealed that people who consume more fruits and green vegetables in their diet reduce the risk of heart attack by 42 percent.

According to another study, drinking coffee at least once a week reduces the risk of heart attack by up to 7 percent, as well as reducing the risk of stroke by 8 percent.

Both these studies have been published in the meeting of the American Heart Association Scientific Session of California .

This study has been done by researchers from New York's Icahn School of Medicine. Researchers include about 15,569 people in this study and have examined their health based on their diet for about 4 years.

- Alcohol / Salad: Salad, green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, butter, wine.

The lead author of the study, Dr. Kyla Lara, has told that by adding green leafy vegetables, fruits, grains, fish, beans in her diet, she can be protected from heart attack disease . In addition, he has also advised to avoid processed meat, saturated fat, trans fat, carbohydrates and sweet food.
