Eating walnuts reduces the risk of this disease!

According to the researchers, there is a lot of vitamin E in walnuts, which is very effective in protecting against asthma attacks.

In a recent study, it has been said that eating walnuts reduces the risk of asthma to a great extent. The study is published in the journal 'Allergy and Clinical Immunology'.

According to the researchers, there is a lot of vitamin E in walnuts, which is very effective in protecting against asthma attacks.

They have also told that in nut, peanut, soybean, corn, sesame etc., vitamin E is found in the name of gamma-tocopherol. Which helps in protecting the body from asthma. This study has been done by researchers of 'University of North Carolina School of Medicine'.

Senior author of the study, Professor Michel Hernandez, has said that people who use more vitamin E in their diet reduce the risk of asthma and allergic diseases to a great extent.

Also, researchers have also said that vitamin E is most effective on those cells, which are important for the treatment of asthma.

This is how the study happened:

During the study, people were divided into 2 teams. In which, for 2 weeks, one team was given vitamin E, called gamma-tocopherol, while the other team was given a placebo. As a result, symptoms of eosinophilic disease have been seen very rarely in people taking vitamin E. In addition, the level of protein called mucin has also been found to be very low in the body due to the intake of vitamin E. Let us know that mucin works in the body to make mucus, which is very harmful for asthma patients.
