In a recent study, it has been claimed that consuming white bread and pasta can cause depression.

It has been revealed in the study report that eating white bread and pasta can make you a victim of depression. Excess carbohydrates found in it can increase irritability and anxiety in you.

Cereals and vegetables can reduce the risk of depression


According to a research , food items like white bread, rice and pasta can make you a victim of depression, but this risk can reduce the risk of grains and green vegetables . Eating white bread and white rice causes a hormonal reaction in the body that reduces the blood sugar level due to which many symptoms of irritability, fatigue and depression start coming in people.

Bad carbohydrates also cause obesity and insomnia.


According to a research published in American Journal, 3 out of every 100 people in the UK are suffering from depression due to bad carbohydrates like white bread and pasta. These bad carbohydrates can increase the risk of diseases like obesity, fatigue and insomnia.
